Hello Everyone,
In my latest Huffington Post article we take a trip to Omaha, Nebraska.  I set out for Omaha this past August for a cooking event at the Institute for the Culinary Arts, While I was planning to share my wisdom with the students. I was the one, who received quite an education, steeped in American history.
