Arancini di Riso better known as Italian rice balls or Risotto balls are an Italian-American favorite. Many Italian feasts serve a version of a rice ball. The largest feast and most well known is the feast of San Genaro in Little Italy, NYC where these rice balls are a yearly tradition.
What Happened to Little Italy?
At this point Little Italy is like a mother that gives and gives and never receives anything back in return from her children. Eventually she becomes old, run down and tired!
