Ice Cream Mania with Chef Lania!
Bloomingdale’s – “Ice Cream Mania”
Come join me Saturday, June 29th from noon until 2 pm for an “Ice Cream Mania” event at the Bloomingdale’s in The Shops at Riverside, Hackensack, NJ.
We are going to cool down from these hot summer days by making two delicious ice creams that will showcase strawberries and blueberries.
These summertime berries are in season now and they make mouthwatering ice creams!
You will learn how to make the following ice creams.
- Strawberry-Balsamic Ice Cream with Balsamic Syrup
- Blueberry-Ginger Ice Cream with a Blueberry Sauce
