The Italian Tribune: Marion’s Delicious Recipe Section with Chef Franco Lania

Marion’s birthday party! (Buddy Fortunato, Marion Fortunato and chef Franco Lania.

My good friend Marion Fortunato (owner of The Italian Tribune) and I have put together a great selection of delicious recipes for this week’s publication.  And, believe me, you are not going to want to miss them.  Just think about my linguine ai fritti di mare, chicken Valdosta, and a sinfully tempting limoncello tiramisu.  Marion has an extensive array of tasty Italian recipes spanning over the 90-plus years that The Italian Tribune has been in publication. Marion is famous for her veal and peppers recipe along with her caramelized Brussel sprouts with Italian sausage. They are both featured in this week’s edition too.  So, how’s this for a list of deliciousness for you?

Remember to tune in every week to Marion’s food section of The Italian Tribune. Also, you should subscribe to their bi-weekly publication where you’ll learn about Italian culture, gastronomy, viniculture, and much more! Also, stop by my recipe blog to receive some enlivening cooking inspiration as well.
