Welcome to Celebrity Cruises – “Excite the Senses” Transatlantic Journey!

I hope everyone had a wonderful experience following my posts on the “Excite the Senses” culinary journey.

That took place on Celebrity Cruises ship the “Silhouette” for her 2012 Transatlantic voyage. FUN!

I’m sure, that by now all those that were on-board are now home and have their “land legs” back!
We definitely sailed off into a rough start. Once the weather calmed down, it became very apparent that this cruise was going to be something special, even though Mother Nature had to give us a send off reminder that we were definitely at sea.

Ultimately, our cruise was a total success and we eventually hit some extraordinary weather. Also, how about a big round of applause for the staff and crew of the Silhouette!

It was a great pleasure and a tremendous amount of fun being your guest chef for this very memorable cruise!
