Napa Valley

 California, here I come! 

I’m heading to Napa Valley to attend the “Worlds of Flavor” conference and festival. The event is held annually by the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America (CIA).

This year the focus will be on the “Arc of Flavors” and “Culinary Exchange”, from the Mediterranean and Middle East to Asia.

Interesting? You bet!

I’ve never been to Napa before, so attending this event during Harvest time in the heart of America’s wine country is super exciting! I’ll be meeting up with some colleagues from ConAgra to explore this event.
