Tenuta Vannulo, an organic water buffalo farm.

Hello foodies! Welcome to Tenuta Vannulo, an organic water buffalo farm located in Capaccio Paestum (Campania), Italy. Tenuta Vannulo produces authentic mozzarella di bufala among many other fabulous products. This farm was one of the highlights of my recent southern Italian road trip.  It’s a great day trip while visiting the area, and they have a wonderful restaurant and cafe on the grounds, too.  After having a private tour of the farm (where you can get up close to the water buffaloes) I finally had a chance to eat their authentic mozzarella di bufala.

Honestly, it was absolutely fabulous!  What a real treat, and I’ll definitely be back.  So, if ever you find yourself in this area of Campania, you should definitely stop by Tenuta Vannulo.  There is plenty to see, learn and of course, eat here too.
