On the road again! Heading out to Omaha, Nebraska for a Culinary Advisory Board meeting with food giant ConAgra. Unexpectedly, after Omaha, I will be back in Helsinki, Finland. Year 2013 is in full swing. Join me as I share these travels with you as we learn and catch all the inspiration together.

California, here I come! I’m heading to Napa Valley to attend the “Worlds of Flavor” conference and festival from November 1–3, 2012. This year the focus will be on the “Arc of Flavors” and “Culinary Exchange”, from the Mediterranean and Middle East to Asia. Interesting? You bet!
