Blood Orange and Campari sorbet is a wonderful treat and very enjoyable in the “Dog Days” of the summertime. It is a fantastic dessert to impress summertime guests in and out of the restaurant. This “Homemade” version is excellent and is equivalent to any sorbet made in a professional setting.
