Christmastime in Quebec, Canada! This city is about as French as it gets in North America and it’s steeped in interesting culinary tradition. This trip will take us through some fabulous Christmas markets, the famous Fairmont Le Château Frontenac Hotel, and French cooking classes at the world renowned “Ateliers et Saveurs”- not to mention we will get some great insight to the “French-Canadian” way of celebrating Christmas!

“Little India” Iselin, New Jersey – HTTV Broadcast

“Jersey Gems with Chef Franco” is pleased to announce it’s first showing on HomeTowne TV on Easter Sunday 2012. This show has an Easter theme where Chef Franco showcases Iselin, New Jersey’s, Oak Tree Road area, also known as “Little India”. The neighborhood is home to a Halal butcher shop where Franco purchases a goat and returns home to prepare a delicious Easter-themed Mediterranean dish. Enjoy!
