“Jersey Gems with Chef Franco” is pleased to announce it’s first showing on HomeTowne TV on Easter Sunday 2012. This show has an Easter theme where Chef Franco showcases Iselin, New Jersey’s, Oak Tree Road area, also known as “Little India”. The neighborhood is home to a Halal butcher shop where Franco purchases a goat and returns home to prepare a delicious Easter-themed Mediterranean dish. Enjoy!

Kings Cooking Studio welcomes Chef Franco Lania. Chef Franco was the Italian chef for Oceania Cruise Line under the direction of Culinary Director and TV personality Jacques Pepin. Now back in the NJ area, he teaches at the Culinary Art Institute in Jersey City, NJ and is working on his well-anticipated book.
