This show has an Easter theme where Chef Franco showcases Iselin, New Jersey’s, Oak Tree Road area, also known as “Little India”. The neighborhood is home to a Halal butcher shop where Franco purchases a goat and returns home to prepare a delicious Easter-themed Mediterranean dish. Enjoy!

Now back in the NJ area, he teaches at the Culinary Art Institute in Jersey City, NJ and is working on his well-anticipated book.
